Regional Director elections will be held in both provinces. Regional Directors serve a three-year term, during which they actively participate in board meetings, help shape strategic initiatives, and represent the voices of members in their region.

Candidate Requirements
*In order to ensure diverse representation on the Board, and to ensure there is no possibility of any one group being deemed to have excessive influence or control over the affairs of the Association, the Bylaws limit representation of any “Business Group” (Schedule A of the Bylaws) to no more than four (4) Regional Directors. This limitation is achieved through the nomination process, thus ensuring any successful nominee is fully compliant regardless of election results.

When voting opens, members in regions holding an election will be get a personalized email with a link to vote for their Regional Director. The successful candidates will be announced at the Annual General Meeting, held via Zoom.

My expertise includes sales management, strategic planning, risk oversight, agent training, and business development. My proven track record of success is complemented by a deep commitment to community involvement, demonstrated through extensive mentoring and coaching.
As a former Board Chair of the Association of Women in Finance and a CMP Top 50 Women of Influence recipient, and a recent Executive MBA graduate, I am dedicated to advocating for industry best practices and fostering a thriving mortgage professional community.
